ZNSHINE’s HJT modules are built on N-type monocrystalline silicon substrates, with an intrinsic amorphous silicon thin-film layer introduced between the PN junctions. This buffer layer provides deep surface passivation of the crystalline silicon, significantly reducing carrier recombination loss. As a result, the modules deliver higher minority carrier lifetimes and elevated open-circuit voltages, enabling a remarkable boost in conversion efficiency and output power—achieving both enhanced performance and stability.
