Recently, the summer 2025 phase of the cross-cultural global youth talent exchange and practice program, jointly carried out by ZNSHINE SOLAR and Donghua University, was successfully completed. The program continues to attract outstanding international students from prestigious U.S. universities such as Yale University, the University of Michigan, the University of Utah, and Claremont McKenna College. Internship content covered key areas including market channel operations, analytical report writing, market data management, and event planning.

As a long-term international talent cultivation initiative of ZNSHINE SOLAR, the program is guided by the principle of sustainable operations and aligns with ESG concepts. It not only provides international youth with valuable industry practice opportunities but also injects diverse perspectives and innovative energy into the company, supporting the globalization of the photovoltaic industry and its green, low-carbon transformation.

During the internship, students actively engaged in the daily operations and optimization of the company’s global market channels, collecting and analyzing data to provide quantitative insights for market expansion strategies. They assisted in compiling industry and market analysis reports, studied photovoltaic industry development trends, and tracked market changes in key regions. They also contributed to the planning and execution of brand and product promotion campaigns, supporting the implementation of multiple online marketing projects. These tasks not only strengthened the interns’ professional skills and project execution capabilities but also brought innovative perspectives shaped by diverse cultural backgrounds to ZNSHINE SOLAR.

Accompanied by the company’s Global Marketing Director, the interns visited ZNSHINE SOLAR’s advanced intelligent manufacturing facility. They observed the entire production process—from fully automated tabbing and stringing, to module encapsulation, performance testing, power grading, and shipment. The advanced intelligent production equipment, lean operational organization, and visualized data management methods gave interns a deep understanding of the company’s manufacturing strength and quality control standards.

The interns expressed that this experience not only provided them with a systematic understanding of the photovoltaic industry—from production and manufacturing to market operations—but also deepened their recognition of the importance of renewable energy in global energy transition. By participating in real-world market projects and business processes, they enhanced practical skills such as data analysis, market research, and project planning, while also developing cross-cultural communication and teamwork abilities. The program expanded their global perspectives in the renewable energy market, offered clearer career direction, and helped them accumulate valuable industry experience and professional networks.
