Recently, ZNSHINE Solar welcomed a delegation of international students from the International Education College of Hohai University for a visit and exchange program. Nearly 50 students from countries including Pakistan, Algeria, and Belarus visited the company to gain an in-depth understanding of the development of the new energy industry, photovoltaic manufacturing processes, and the global expansion practices of Chinese renewable energy enterprises.
This event was an important part of the “Hu Luogeng Lecture Hall” series under the themed initiative “University–Local Collaboration for Global Talent Exchange,” jointly organized by the International Education College of Hohai University and the Jintan Committee of the China Democratic League, with participation from the Jintan Bureau of Commerce, Jintan Media Center, and other relevant organizations.
As a new energy company with nearly 20 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, ZNSHINE Solar focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and global application of PV modules. The company has established a mature manufacturing capability and a well-developed industrial chain synergy system. Driven by continuous technological innovation and global expansion, ZNSHINE Solar has built a diversified business portfolio covering PV modules, solar power plant development and construction, integrated PV-energy storage-hydrogen systems, and BIPV/BAPV solutions. Its products and projects are now present in more than 60 countries and regions worldwide.
During the visit, the student delegation toured ZNSHINE Solar’s intelligent manufacturing facility, where they observed the complete production process of PV modules—from raw material processing to finished products. They also gained detailed insights into module products, automated production systems, and the company’s manufacturing capabilities and technological strengths in the new energy sector.
Ms. Gao Yun, Director of Human Resources and Administration at ZNSHINE Solar, stated during the exchange: “Currently, the company mainly focuses on N type PV modules. Our products are exported to more than 60 countries worldwide, with overseas business accounting for 70%–80% of total sales. The company continues to advance its international development and global market strategy.”
Leveraging extensive overseas project experience and global market practice, ZNSHINE Solar also introduced its international development achievements and shared insights into the global energy transition and industry trends under the context of green transformation. During the interactive session, the international students actively engaged in discussions on topics such as renewable energy development, cross-cultural communication, international talent demand, and overseas market opportunities.
Musa, a student majoring in new energy at the International Education College of Hohai University, said: “We witnessed the complete production process of photovoltaic modules from raw materials to finished products. As a student in the new energy field, this experience was very inspiring and strengthened my interest in contributing to the industry in the future.”
Li Minmo, a student majoring in international trade, added: “Jintan is home to many high-quality foreign-invested and international enterprises. This visit made me feel the broad development opportunities here.”
Following the visit, ZNSHINE Solar, together with the students and relevant organizations, held in-depth discussions on corporate internationalization and industrial collaboration, exploring topics such as international talent development, cross-border cooperation, and enterprise globalization. The exchange further strengthened collaboration among universities, local government, and enterprises.
This visit not only provided international young talents with a valuable window into China’s new energy industry, but also demonstrated ZNSHINE Solar’s strong brand influence and global development capabilities in the renewable energy sector. Looking ahead, ZNSHINE Solar will continue to enhance cooperation with universities and international talent platforms, actively explore new models of industry–academia–research collaboration and global talent engagement, and contribute further innovation to the global green energy transition.

Industrial and commercial energy storage systems, as innovative power management solutions, are transforming the way businesses and enterprises utilize energy. By storing electricity during off-peak hours and discharging during peak times, these systems help reduce energy costs while serving as emergency power sources to ensure continuous supply during unexpected outages. This article delves into the energy storage segment of ZNSHINE’s Integrated PV&ES&CS System, showcasing its unique features and application advantages.
In recent years, the rapid development of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology has been accompanied by the continuous iteration of solar cell sizes. From the early 156mm era to today’s widespread use of larger 182mm and 210mm cells, each technological advancement has driven improvements in module power and optimization of system costs.
Graphene is hailed as the most revolutionary material of the 21st century, earning the title of "king of new materials" due to its exceptional properties. Composed of a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb lattice, graphene exhibits a range of remarkable physical characteristics. It is 100 times stronger than steel and has excellent electrical conductivity, with its carrier mobility at room temperature being approximately 10 times that of silicon. Additionally, graphene boasts outstanding thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of up to 5300 W/mK, far surpassing most materials. Graphene is also nearly transparent, with an absorption rate of just 2.3% in the optical range. It retains excellent flexibility, allowing it to bend and deform while maintaining its structural integrity. These unique properties make graphene a material of enormous potential across various fields and are widely believed to herald a materials revolution.
When purchasing solar modules, performance and price are the two key factors to consider. The performance of a solar module depends not only on its photovoltaic conversion efficiency but also on the strength and durability of its structure. As a crucial support and protective component, the frame material has a direct impact on the overall performance of the module. Additionally, solar module frames, being high-value auxiliary materials, play a significant role in the module’s total cost structure. For instance, *the commonly used aluminum frame, with its strong mechanical properties, accounts for around 13% of the total module cost—surpassing other auxiliary materials like EVA, glass, backsheets, and solder ribbons—second only to the 55% cost share of the solar cells themselves.
Installing a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on a roof is a crucial process that requires ensuring the system efficiently captures solar energy while maintaining its safety and stability. This article will describe how to use the SRS (Solar Racking System) to install PV modules more securely and efficiently.
